2. Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required to verify the issue.

2.  Minor variations in print, embroidery, handwork, or fabric texture are a natural characteristic of handcrafted and artisan-made garments and should not be considered defects.

1. Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment to maintain its quality and longevity.

2. Ethnoz by Pooja is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, ironing, or handling after delivery.
