SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping

 

  1. Free shipping is available across India.

  2. Orders are typically dispatched within **2–3 business days** after order confirmation.

  3. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.

  4. Ethnoz by Pooja is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

  •  Cancellations

 

  1. Orders may be cancelled **only before they are dispatched**.

  2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

  • Returns & Exchanges

 

  1. We do not accept returns for products once delivered except for in the rare case of manufacture defect or wrong product delivery. (unboxing video mandatory for refund claims)

  2. Size exchanges are accepted only if requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Customer would be responsible for the shipping charges in such situation.

  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size before placing an order by referring to the size chart provided. In case you are unsure about the correct size, please refer to the size chart or reach out to ethnozbypooja@gmail.com for further assistance. 

  4. The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
