• Refund Policy

1. Refunds are issued only in the event of:

  - Order cancellation before dispatch.

  - Verified manufacturing defects or damaged/incorrect items where a replacement is not possible. (Unboxing video is mandatory for any refund claims)

   2. Approved refunds will be processed within **4–5 business days** to the original payment method.
